How to Order by Mail: Print out the Product Order Form, reducing
85% to fit 8 1/2 x 11. Mail your completed order form along with your
personal check, money order or MasterCard/Visa information. Please include
shipping charges and Colorado resident's sales tax, if applicable. (All
returned checks will be subject to a $20 return fee.)

Wholesale inquiries welcomed. Please send e-mail
with shop name, address, phone and Tax ID# for full-color catalog, price
list and ordering information.
*All payments in U.S. funds or MasterCard/Visa.
*All domestic orders are sent First Class, either postal or UPS.
*All Canadian and international orders are sent Air Mail (unless we are
otherwise notified) and are specified as
"Instructional Leaflets".
*All international orders, please use MasterCard or Visa and we will bill
for exact postage plus $3.00 handling.
